What is a Coroners' Authority in court?

In English/Welsh law do the presiding officer, the Coroner, of a Coroner's Court have the authority to find someone in "contempt of court"? And how are Coroner's addressed in court (like: Your Honour, My Lady/Lord, Your Worship, etc...)?
