Early 90's Wizard of Oz Computer Game?

Does anyone besides me remember an old PC game based on the wizard of oz? I can't remember a lot of details but it must have been pretty loosely based because there were a bunch of weird places to visit that weren't really from the books. One of the scenes to visit was a public pool, and I think the point of the game was to save the scarecrow and the other characters. I played this game when I was a little kid in the very early 90's and I have been dying to figure out what the hell is was for years now. Does anyone else remember playing a weird wizard of oz game in the 90's??
