BMI interpretation question?

The BMI scale is definitely not something you ever want to use to judge your fitness level or your health. It was something figured out by the American Heart Assoc, I think, and it only comes into play with people that are absolutely sedentary. If you are anyone that is anyway athletic than forget about it. Simple example is Arnold Schwarzenegger...he is 6'2" and competed at 240lbs. Plug that into the BMI calculator and you get a BMI of over 30. Look at that man and tell me he is obese! If you do any kind of weight training the BMI scale is pointless. Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll be fine.
