What VILLIANS are gonna be in BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY?!?!?!?!?!?!?

At the end of Arkham Asylum there was 3 alternate endings that different people had when either Scarecrow, Bane, or Croc would come out the water and grab the briefcase. ....SOOO!? does that mean all of them are gonna be in the next came or they couldn't choose at the time so they put 3 endings.???
